Dress for Success solves the catch-22 situation that confronts many disadvantaged women trying to enter the
workforce: without a job, how can you afford a suit? But without a suit, how can you get a job?

Here at Tate, we are doing our bit by asking for donations from both our employees, friends, candidates and clients throughout the year. The support network and career development tools that Dress for Success provides, helps the women to succeed – in work and in life. Tate is working with Dress for Success to conduct workshops on CV writing and interview techniques.
